SNOW DAY and Birthdays!

On Saturday we got dumped on with snow. We got about 5 inches of snow. It all came in a matter of a few hours and then therest of the day was wonderful besides the roads. I have a WONDERFUL husband (and son) who went outside to brave the storm and shovel the walks for all of Cayten's friends to come to his birthday party.

Clarysa was pretty unsure of the snow. She would try to put her hands down in it to push herself up but it wouldn't work. She got upset, I picked her up, and that was the end of that.

Cayten really enjoyed helping daddy with the shoveling. Half the time he was actually shoveling the grass but he loved every minute!

Cayten's third party was a hit. We made A LOT of sugar cookies to decorate for his party. The snow prevented some people from coming and the kids wanted one cookie and then ran and played. It was great fun.

Cayten got his "lightning mcQueen" cake. He was so excited and it has a real car on it.
