Too Early

Last night around 11:30 I started having horrible pains in my back and above the top of my uterus, just under my breasts. It was just annoying pains at first but then it got really intense. On a scale from 1-10 I was beyond a 10 all night last night with pain. The only thing that soothed the pain was standing in a HOT shower since I don't have a bath tub. The pain was so intense it made me puke 3 times and it probably would have been more had I had anything left in my stomach. I was really scared that I was going to have the baby but I didn't go to the doctor. I didn't go because when I was pg I went to the ER and they made me feel as if I was the stupidest pg woman alive. Today I called my dr and he was upset at me for not calling. The pain finally subsided around 7:00 AM. I got no sleep so I am pretty tired. My dr thinks it was pre-mature back labor or gall baldder problems. I am suppose to watch it and see what happens and if it happens again, before my next appt (Wednesday) I have to call Labor and Delivery immediately. This little girl CANNOT come yet. She WONT come yet. I am hoping it was gall bladder problems and not pre-mature labor.

Updates!

Life has been crazy here. Ok, not way crazy but it has been somewhat hectic. We found an apartment to stay in until we are done with the house. We are hoping to be in the house by the beginning of February. We are moving to Campus Villa apartments which are smaller than where we live right now but it will most likely only be a few weeks. I am still working at the Family Life Center as a financial counselor part time. I LOVE it but it is hard sometimes to see the situations some people have gotten into. I am posting a few pics of Cayten and us over the past week. He is getting so fun. He loves to talk and says just about anything. His favorite saying right now (if we ask him to do something) is "No I Seepin". He got it from mommy we think with me nappping, I am always like, no Cayten, mom is seepin! Wow what they learn. I am also posting pictures of the quilt I made for our baby girl. I pieced it together and tied it. It is a lot of fun. I am almost done and hoping to be done by Christmas.

Cayten will be 2 next week so I will post again then. Man they grow fast!

Who, what, where, when, why?

Cris has decided to graduate this May by taking 18 credits this final semester. We are building a home from scratch and will only live in it for a few short months. This means I will not be seeing my dear husband for about 6 months! I can do this right? I am terrified, we are having a new baby, moving into a new house, and this on top of it all. Life is CRAZY right now!

What a busy life . . .

Life has been hectic here. I lost my job a few weeks ago, they decided they didn't need me anymore. I was really frustrated at first but it is all working out for the better now. It has made it possible for me to stay home with Cayten and do what I love with financial counseling. It is harder financially but we will make it through until Cris can get a job. We are trying to come up with some names and spelling for names for our little girl . . . here is what we have come up with so far : Claire, Cydney, and Clarissa.

Monday, October 8, 2007

Well, this week is going to be a fast but long week ahead I think. Cayten woke up with runny nose, cough, diareah, etc. so no Daycare. I couldn't miss work and Cris can't miss school so we called Mother In Law to ask if she could watch Cayten. MIL lives an hour away so she said she would come . . . and then asked if she could just take Cayten for the week. I reluctantly said yes. It is going to be such a long week w/out him but I think it will go fast if you look at my schedule . . .

Monday :8-4 work, 4-9 house
Tuesday: 8-5 work
Wednesday:8-12:30 work, 1:30-?? U/S!!!, 3-8 house
Thursday: 8-5 work, 6-9 counseling
Friday: 8-4 work, 4:00-??? Pick up Cayten and a wedding

So, the only day I think I will really realize I have no son is on Tuesday. I hope this busy week means it will go by quickly.

Life

Well, life is going good for us for now. It is FREEZIN here and is suppose to snow today and tomorrow. That is fun but really stinks cause we can't do some of the stuff on our house in too cold of weather.

We find out if it is a boy or a girl on 10/10/2007. I will let you know what it turns out to be and I will post some pictures. I am super excited to find out. It doesn't seem like it will come soon enough. I want either boy or a girl both work fine for me! People keep asking me and I say I want a boy because I can't afford a girl with all the cute clothes they have.

Work is starting to get better. Instead of asking for a way to get out of work in my prayers, I decided to ask for a way to get through it. This has helped me a TON!

My life has finally started to develop a sense of normalcy which is nice. I am still extremely busy and I can't imagine being one of those mom's that are busy all day taking their kids from one place to another. I know it will be me one day!

I thought I'd update all on a few things. Cris went back to school and so I had to get a job. I absolutely despise this job but oh well. I am hoping to not have to work after we have the baby so we need to save, save, save!
Cris is going into Actuarial Science. He is going to be a math nerd. When he graduates we will have to move out of the state of Utah. I am scared and excited about that at the same time.
I was hit with some allergies earlier this month so I took a day off from work. Cayten and I needed some outside time so we went to Ryan's Place Park. It is the most awsome park I have ever seen! Here are the pics ABOVE!
It has been almost a year since I started this blog with one post. It still only has one post! I have had a few ask about it so I am going to try and keep up with it now. I have a friend who is much better at it than I am!

We are in the process of building our first home. It is a major project and a lot harder than I could have ever imagined. We are hoping to be done in January of February.

We will also be welcoming #2 to our family in February. We will find out in a couple weeks if it is a boy or girl. I am so anxious. I keep having dreams about it and it is really driving me crazy!

Cayten is getting sooo big! He is talking up a storm and having a blast. We had a bit of a scare when he fell of a jungle gym. He fell about 4-5 feet to the ground. When he went to stand up, he stood but fell back to the ground. I was so scared he had broken his leg. He is still limping around a bit but nothing is broken. It is so sad to see him limp around :(.
